Delicious bread and pastries. The tradition baguette "Parisse" was very tasty. They have 3 types of Parisse which were equally good, but I really enjoyed the one with germinated rye grain. The viennoiseries were excellent, my favourite was the generous pain aux raisins. The chouquettes were very good with loads of sugar, and a nice balance between crusty and soft. I tried the eclairs also, but they don't have the traditional crème pâtissière filling. Instead it's a similar filling to the Paris-Brest (crème mousseline/diplomate... I'm not too sure). These were good nonetheless. The staff were always nice and smily. Great boulangerie.

Very good bakery and pastry shop. Recently installed, we appreciate the products offered. The xxl brioche is a real treat but be careful not to delay because late risers will be deprived of it!

It was 11 a.m. and already not much. While shopping I understood. I don't know what to advise you. For this time I took some pastries (they didn't last the way back to the parking lot) and a tradition. I will definitely return tomorrow for the pastries. Earlier then 😅😂 Shift! Nothing to throw away/sort. The products are fresh. The bakery clearly stands out from the others in the surrounding area. Pastries, pastries 👌🏾. We took the Vendée brioches to compare them with those from the Fradet bakery. We will see😁
