Located in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire between the sea and the countryside near the Vendée coast, they welcome you to the farm on Wednesday afternoons between Easter and All Saints' Day after a tour of the sheepfold, and on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to present their delicious cheeses made from raw sheep's milk. Fromage blanc, fromage frais or tomme matured for more than 6 months, the range is varied to satisfy all gourmets.
