Since 1900, Les Viviers Rocheteau have been offering you the direct sale of seafood, oysters, shellfish, crustaceans, seafood platters. But also side dishes such as mayonnaise sauce, aioli.

Since this summer, we have been offering our own original recipes for jars: rillettes with two salmon, vongole cockles to simmer or escabèche mussels to nibble on as an aperitif, they are made with fresh products from the fishpond.

We also offer a selection of local wines that will go perfectly with our products.

Our oysters come from Bouin, on Noirmoutier Island. They are put directly into the water in our pools to guarantee you optimal freshness. We make it a point of honor to work with local fishermen to offer you quality shellfish and crustaceans.

And finally, we offer you the making of your personalized seafood platters to order!
