Lovers of nature, animals and good products, you will love discovering the Bergerie du Brandais which produces delicious raw milk sheep cheeses all year round. Located between the sea and the countryside in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire near the Vendée coast, Damien and Noémie welcome you with pleasure and always with a smile to introduce you to their activity.
The Bergerie du Brandais is open to visitors on Wednesday afternoons from 3pm to 6:30pm between Easter and All Saints' Day, after helping to bring the sheep in from the fields. Want a secret? Wait until 5pm to take part in milking the sheep and smell the delicious smell of warm milk that fills the sheepfold.
After the effort, the comfort, go to the shop to stock up on delicious sheep's cheeses, a varied range between fresh cheese and tomme matured for more than 6 months. The Vendée sheep's cheese even won a GOLD medal at the LYON 2022 international competition! With family, friends, lovers or even a school or professional group, the Bergerie du Brandais is exciting to visit.
