Overall, a good park, though the prices are a bit high. Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, there were a lot of thefts and many slides were out of order. On the plus side, there are some great thrills, a fun experience, and their new orange and black slides. The animal ride is really awesome. A great experience, I recommend it.

I booked a weekend with a hotel and the two parks at the beginning of August for several adults, taking out insurance in case something happened. My grandmother had a serious accident one day after booking, so I canceled everything. The insurance company refuses to cover me; they're asking me for documents from the doctor, so I gave them two medical certificates, and they still refuse to accept it. My grandmother is still in the hospital now, it's early November, and on top of that, I've lost €800 because the park won't reimburse me. It's a disgrace!

Outstanding! Arrived at 08:30, managed parking, guided through entrance gates and then to the Serenite lodges. The team at reception for of a hotel standard and showed us to our lodge. Facilities...
