  Beware of scams... We arrived at the park's opening time hoping to find a place to sit. We went to a hut and asked for a table. The person there told me I had to go back to reception to convert my money into points. I didn't realize we'd crossed the European border, so I went to get the wristband as quickly as possible since there were five of us, including three teenagers, so I was impatient. Back at the hut, I returned, but there were people waiting. I was polite, so I waited my turn. I spoke to the same person again, who told me, "Oh no, it's too late, there are no more places." I turned around and said, "Well, this table is available." "Wait, that's impossible! Why doesn't the security guard have to count the remaining seats?" Anyway, we gave up. It was unbearably hot, and there wasn't anywhere to sit. We tried to find a shady spot in front of the benches, but they were occupied by elderly people who wouldn't let us sit on the ground in the shade. So we packed our things and left an hour later. There were over 5,000 people in the park that day. In short, a tourist trap, with food from vending machines. You might as well go to the beach and not waste your money. For five people, it's painful to be disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this park. There's no customer service, the employees' answers are vague, and it's clear they don't know the park. Customer relations, basic manners, and courtesy are completely lacking. The queues are endless and not managed by the staff. We will never go back and will continue to warn everyone we know to never go to this tourist trap.

  When you research this water park, it doesn't inspire confidence. Serious accidents have been reported in the regional news: frequent accidents ending up in the ER, poor staff management, one individual left quadriplegic, etc. More French "geniuses"...
