Nous sommes arrivés au parc à 16h (fermeture à 18h) avec notre fille de 2 ans, enthousiastes à l’idée de lui faire découvrir l’accrobranche. Selon les informations disponibles, un parcours au sol spécialement conçu pour les tout-petits est proposé. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise d’être refusés à l’entrée sous prétexte que le dernier départ est à 15h30 — même pour un simple parcours enfant — et qu’il est obligatoire de suivre une initiation, y compris pour notre fille de 2 ans, qui ne montera évidemment pas à 3 mètres de haut ni n’utilisera un baudrier complexe… La situation est assez absurde : on nous refuse l’accès alors que notre enfant, bien trop jeune pour suivre un vrai parcours, n’aurait pas passé plus de quelques minutes à jouer au sol, sous notre surveillance. Nous avons ensuite tenté de nous rabattre sur une balade à poney, mais là encore, impossible : il faut payer 24€ par adulte pour accéder à la zone, même moi, enceinte de 7 mois, qui ne peux clairement pas profiter des installations. Au final, déception sur toute la ligne. Aucune souplesse, aucun effort pour trouver une alternative, malgré notre bonne volonté et notre envie d’offrir un bon moment à notre fille. Connaissant le parc depuis ses débuts, je suis d’autant plus attristée de constater à quel point l’accès s’est complexifié. Une belle sortie familiale gâchée.

The “fun zone” is perfect for children, they will have a blast! Very kind and professional staff. BUT then, there is a big problem: you have to pay an adult entry (24€) to be able to accompany your child whether you stay the day or 2 hours! 48€ with my wife just to watch our 4 year old son, oh no! Please stop the massacre of our wallets
