La Brûlerie des Olonnes is a workshop-boutique for artisanal roasting of organic coffee for individuals and professionals !

Opened in March 2021 in Les Sables d'Olonne with the aim of sharing and introducing quality coffees exclusively from organic farming. Roasting is carried out on site, every Tuesday morning. It is therefore possible to attend a roasting and have all the explanations on the cooking stages. Remember to book!

Coffee is sold in beans or ground on demand and according to your extraction type : Chemex, filter, Italian, Percolator, Piston, V60…

You will also find loose tea with the possibility of enjoying it on site indoors or outdoors, hot or iced ! Various drinks are offered for the whole family. And for everyone's pleasure, La Brûlerie des Olonnes is the place to discover to stock up on gift ideas.
