Opé Brewery Organic craft brewery in Les Sables d'Olonne in Vendée

Brasserie Opé is a craft and organic beer factory in the heart of Vendée in the emblematic town of Les Sables-d'Olonne.

Opé beers are born from a demanding selection of organic malts and hops, combined with mastery of traditional brewing techniques.

Pierre wants to integrate the Opé brewery into a local economic network, by working with the various stakeholders in the area: co-development of a recipe with a Sablais chocolatier, promotion of spent grains with an organic farmer near the brewery, creation of a tasting box with a local cannery, etc.

Furthermore, the brewery is equipped with a high-performance, automated heating system powered by green electricity in order to reduce the environmental impact of the activity.

The brewery opens its doors to the public and professionals, for visits and tastings, which allow for friendly discussions around this product rich in flavors.

A word from the producer

Aware of current environmental challenges, we have chosen to reduce our waste production, notably by implementing a bottle deposit system. Working with the Bout' à Bout' association, which offers a turnkey system, was a no-brainer!
