Sheepfold of Brandais Farmers / Producers Shops & Delicatessen in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire

Located between Sea and Bocage, the Sheepfold of Brandais offers products from the production of its farm in organic farming. Damien and Noémie RAVON, thanks to their herd of ewes, produce and refine raw ewe's milk cheese in different formats (from fresh cheese to tomme more than 6 months of ripening) example the tomme ewe from Vendée, GOLD medalist at the international competition of LYONS 2022!

The farm has 8 people to work, 400 ewes of the Lacaune breed, excellent for its quality milk, as well as 20 Limousin cows in BIO. These produce veal under the mother, beef meat. All our animals have access to 80 ha on which we have 90% of meadows which make happiness is in the meadow 10 months out of 12.

We are present in direct sales and on the markets:

• Sale at the farm on Friday from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
A sale of beef and veal every quarter. Lamb meat at easter. Lamb meat from May to December.

• Market in the central halls of Les Sables-d'Olonne wednesday mornings and saturdays all year round

• Jard-sur-Mer market monday mornings
