Organize your events
Whether it's a seminar, a family meal or a business dinner, you have every reason to want to enjoy a quiet moment in a private space. We make it possible in the Civilisations restaurant. For all your events, take advantage of our rooms equipped with audio and video equipment. Enjoy also our roof top, an outdoor bar in summer where you can taste cocktails and boards, while enjoying the heat and a pleasant view on Herbiers and its surroundings. Our roof top is also privatized for events (birthdays, companies...).

From the cabaret room, which can be privatized as a cocktail room for 50 people, to the meeting room equipped with high-performance equipment for your company, the possibilities are numerous.

• Cabaret room

Restaurant room privatizable in cocktail or in theater according to your desires. To animate your meal, it is possible to call upon an artist (singer, humorist...). We are able to put a stage at his disposal and we are equipped with powerful material for the good progress of his performance. Capacity of 20 to 50 people depending on the chosen layout. Equipped room (sound, video projector, wifi)

16 to 24 people depending on the arrangement of the furniture.

Civilisations is the fruit of Sylvain's and his kitchen team's reflection and work. Together, they have imagined traditional dishes with connotations of world flavors

 and marked from time to time by a local Vendée touch. Taste a bistro cuisine served with passion in a welcoming place, one of those where one exchanges, shares and takes a moment of escape, out of time.

What we offer you is generosity but also taste while keeping its sometimes gastronomic side which gives to the dish its authenticity, its little trick in more.
