La Grange du Lay is a professional event venue located in Vendée, ideal for hosting your seminars, meetings, team building, study days, company receptions and corporate events.

Steeped in history, the Grange dates back to the Napoleonic era, when it was used to store fodder for horses. This heritage gives it an authentic charm today, enhanced by its stone walls and exposed beams.

Our large hall can accommodate up to 280 seated guests and 500 standing, offering a vast and flexible space for your conferences, corporate events, or team-building activities. Adjacent to the hall, a private 200 m² terrace with direct views of the Lay River provides the perfect setting for breaks, cocktail receptions, or workshops outdoors in an exceptional natural environment.

For smaller groups, La Maison de la Grange offers a warm and intimate space that can accommodate 20 people seated or 30 standing, with its own private terrace offering a soothing view of the Lay River. A perfect setting for confidential meetings, creative workshops, or small committees.
