  On September 8th, I tried to place an order on the website, with a Belgian address. Since it was shipped abroad, the website asked me to complete a contact form, but I haven't received a response to date. On September 10th, I sent an email to contact@sel-marin-noirmoutier.fr, but I haven't received a response to date. On September 12th, I called the switchboard, and a woman informed me that someone from the store would call me back during the day: no sign of life to date... On September 14th, I entered the delivery address in France (a friend who would forward the package to me), but it took another three days to ship the package... So, if you are incapable of sending a package to a neighboring country, responding to an email, following up on the contact form on your website, and calling a customer back when you promised to, please refrain!!!! I won't be caught out again... September 19, 2025
