Salt workers harvest coarse salt and fleur de sel in their raw state. Fleur de sel is harvested from the surface of the water and dried naturally in the sun in the heart of the salt marshes, while coarse salt is harvested from the bottom of the salt pan using a spade.
The cooperative is responsible for processing and packaging these 100% natural salts, which are additive-free, unrefined and unwashed.
They offer a variety of ranges, from 80g to 5kg, plain or flavored, in bags, recyclable jars, glass or in bulk.
You can find their various products, including coarse salt, fleur de sel, fine salt, gift ideas and souvenirs, in their shop located at 11 rue de L'Ecluse in Noirmoutier. Open Monday to Friday from April to October.
