In homage to their respective grandfathers, they chose the name Maison Louis Marcel and created quality products worthy of the recipes they had learned at their side. The viennoiseries are buttery to perfection, the pastries light and creamy, the breads golden and soft, not forgetting the garlic-flavored préfou.
