- New name , new offer, new atmosphere for the restaurant of the Fleur de Sel **** hotel on the island of Noirmoutier.
  At lunch from Wednesday to Saturday, a new "uninhibited" menu in a younger and more trendy atmosphere.
  At dinner, mainly in the room overlooking the castle and the church and of course on the terrace, the small evening menu and the unique Premium Cruise Menu at €41, a more elaborate version of the daily menu for residents, this menu is of course a menu with choice and which changes every day and over two weeks.
  At lunch on Sunday, those nostalgic for the Fleur de Sel restaurant will find "Sunday lunch at €51" with the great classics of Eric Pichou, the house chef since 1994.
  Cabin boy menu at €14 and Junior Cruise for teenagers at €24. Festive lunch possible with private room.
  Reservations recommended or essential for dinner.

Dinner was a gift from my children, purchased with a gift certificate. The staff clearly prioritized serving the paying tables, offering no descriptions of the dishes and no explanation of the sommelier's wine selection. It's a shame, as it doesn't make us want to return, even though the food is excellent and inventive. I did leave a tip, but we left disappointed.

It's always a pleasure to come and eat here. From the welcome, the service, the low-temperature cooking, to the ambiance, everything is perfect. It's a real delight every time, we're never disappointed. And the setting is sublime with the sunset and the view of the castle and the church.

The hotel's restaurant delivers on all its promises! The food is refined, the presentation exquisite, and the service impeccable.
