L'Ételle Fine cuisine and precious moments on the island of Noirmoutier

New name, new offering since 2023 for the restaurant at the Fleur de Sel **** hotel on the island of Noirmoutier.

At lunchtime from Wednesday to Saturday, La Carte de L'Ételle was served on sunny days on the terrace in the calm of its Mediterranean garden.

At dinner mainly in the room overlooking the castle & the church and of course on the terrace, the small evening menu and the unique Premium Cruise Menu at €41, a more elaborate version of the daily menu for residents, this menu is of course a menu with choices and which changes every day and over two weeks.

At Sunday lunch, those nostalgic for the Fleur de Sel restaurant will find "Sunday Lunch at €51" with the great classics of Eric Pichou, the restaurant's chef since 1994.

The unmissable 'Mussels au gratin with garlic cream' are served from the end of June to the beginning of September (a specialty of the House since 1982).

Cabin boy menu at €15 and Junior Cruise for teenagers at €25. Party lunch possible with private room hire.

Reservations are recommended, even essential, for dinner. Large private car park with free charging available for electric vehicles.

Restaurant awarded the "Kids Friendly" label since 2024.
