Since 1896, our company, rooted in the Pays de la Loire region, has perpetuated the art of traditional Vendée baking. Located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, we draw on our heritage to preserve authentic recipes passed down from generation to generation.

And yes, Arthur Maline, our founder, wasn't being clever. He had no idea he would be putting his descendants in trouble for over 100 years…

Our family business has been passed down through four generations, each dedicated to preserving and enriching this unique expertise. Every day, our passionate bakers create iconic, all-butter specialties such as:

Without additives, colorings or preservatives, our specialties are made with simple and high-quality ingredients, carefully selected, mainly from the Greater West, reflecting the culinary heritage of our region and respect for baking traditions.
