  Located in the heart of Vendée in Poiré-sur-Vie, Le Fief Guibert is a real gem of accommodation for an unforgettable holiday. This renovated historic estate offers a range of gîtes ( 3 stars ) and guest rooms ( 3 épis Gîtes de France ) with authentic charm in a bucolic and peaceful countryside setting.
  What has made this place unique in Vendée since 2009 is its llama breeding. Guests have the opportunity to discover this atypical animal thanks to educational visits on site and workshops around wool.
  The accommodation offers all the necessary comfort, with gîtes for up to 15 people and guest rooms for up to 8 people, including a family suite. Each accommodation, in the farmhouse or the stately home, guarantees serenity and tranquility.
  The Fief Guibert is the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the region : close to the beaches of the Vendée coast ( 38 km ), not far from the famous Puy du Fou ( 60 km ), and close to activities such as horse riding or hiking thanks to the path along the River Vie. The owners also offer table d'hôtes and equestrian gîte packages.

A huge thank you to Angélique and David for the warm welcome, their cozy guest room, and their kindness. I had a wonderful night, enjoying the complete silence and the soothing sound of owls. The beautiful location is perfect for peace and quiet and ideally situated. Thank you for everything, and also for the visit to the llama farm; I loved that experience! All the best to you! 🌸☀️

A superb, spacious, and peaceful place. A fantastic weekend despite the rain. Bed and breakfast in the true spirit of traditional bed and breakfast (which is exactly what we were looking for). The rooms are in Angélique and David's house. The shared meals with the family allow for enriching conversations and add coherence to their beautiful and well-thought-out family project (bed and breakfast, gîtes, llama breeding with all the related activities). The very attentive welcome made us feel at ease immediately. It's worth noting the superb renovation done by the family, right down to the smallest details. If we return to the area, we will definitely choose Le Fief Guibert again.

A wonderful experience at Angelique and David's bed and breakfast. The Lama suite is perfect. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also very spacious. The sitting area is lovely, and the children's books were a hit with my son. The dishes at the communal table were delicious and flavorful, and the family's company was delightful during dinner. The setting is relaxing and rejuvenating. Breakfast was excellent. The tour of the llama farm with Angelique was extremely informative. Besides so many other things, it allowed us to learn about behaviors to avoid and those more appropriate around these animals. The bed and breakfast's location allowed us to visit the Logis de la Chabotterie and the Historial de Vendée. Thank you for this wonderful getaway, and we hope to return! Maëlle
