An extremely disappointing stay at the ACE Hotel in Sainte-Hermine. The morning welcome was disastrous: a receptionist who couldn't even say hello, who adjusted her hair (putting it in a bun) while we were speaking to her, and who didn't even bother to look up when we left and said goodbye. No politeness, no professionalism, no consideration for guests. We clearly felt like we were bothering them. We were also refused breakfast, without any proper explanation or sense of service. The hotel itself is far from satisfactory: very poor cleanliness, a general impression of neglect, and poorly soundproofed rooms. You can hear everything; it's impossible to get a proper rest.
