  I had brunch at this restaurant last Sunday with several friends. After the meal, we all, without exception, became ill. We took the time to inform the restaurant of the situation, but we haven't received any response from them yet. It was a very disappointing experience. A minimum of consideration or follow-up from the establishment would have been appreciated, especially since we are still feeling unwell.

  Family brunch last Sunday at the Hôtel Vertime in Les Sables-d’Olonne… and I think I’ve rarely been so impressed by a place! First of all, the location is truly unique in Les Sables. The view of the port from the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking—you enjoy a magnificent setting while remaining in a warm and elegant atmosphere. As for the service: IM-PE-CCABLE. The servers were exceptionally kind, always smiling, available, and attentive without being intrusive. Honestly, it makes all the difference. And then… the brunch! A real highlight. Everything was served in generous portions; we definitely didn’t leave hungry. But above all, the quality of the ingredients was outstanding. You can feel the genuine commitment to fresh, flavorful, local products. Special mention for the homemade caramel French toast: a real TREAT 🤍 A superb family discovery; we will definitely be back!

  This hotel doesn't deserve its 4 stars, only 2. The rooms are very basic for a 4-star establishment. The walls are cement, the furniture is simple (described as luxurious boat wood). There's no refrigerator, and no door to the bathroom. Breakfast is poorly organized; on Sunday, the tables weren't cleared, forcing guests to clear their own. Breakfast items weren't replenished. The staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The hallways are gloomy and dark, with red lights above each room. We didn't enjoy the hotel, we won't be returning, and we won't recommend it. Parking costs €15. There's free parking almost directly across the street.
