Flexible accommodation options, from studios to large family cottages

Each rental unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. A notable new addition: the residence's main cottage has undergone a complete renovation and expansion. It now offers two spacious, adjoining living areas of 40 m² each, six bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 people in a single space – ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to share a seaside holiday without sacrificing comfort.

After a day of swimming or strolling on the seafront of Les Sables d'Olonne, the residence offers a wellness area with spa, sauna and herbal tea room, as well as massages by reservation, to extend the relaxing break without leaving the site.

A residence certified for Tourism and Disability

Among its 14 apartments, the residence has eight that are entirely designed for people with disabilities, a rare choice in the region at this scale.

Awarded the Tourism and Disability label for all four categories of disability, it provides a SOFAO floating device for access to the swimming pool and works with local partners for the rental and installation of medical equipment directly in the accommodations.
