Gîte Le Fruitier A haven of peace in the heart of Vendée

Welcome to the LE FRUITIER gîte in THORIGNY, located in the heart of Vendée, 15 minutes from LA ROCHE-SUR-YON and halfway to PUY DU FOU, MARAIS POITEVIN, OCEAN and ISLANDS OF NOIRMOUTIER and RÉ.

The cottage is open all year round.

This one was created in a Vendée-style barn, where its old appearance has been preserved (wooden beams and exposed stone). Its surface area is 48 m2 and can accommodate 2 people.

You benefit from private parking, a private terrace ( garden furniture and barbecue ) and a 350 m2 plot of land. The owners have created a bed of aromatic herbs for you and depending on the season, you can taste the vegetables from their vegetable garden or the fruits from their fruit trees.

The cottage has a kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (fridge/freezer, combined cooking with hotplates and oven + dishwasher, microwave... table linen provided), a living room with dining area and office area , free secure WIFI, a small cozy lounge on the attic mezzanine with television and books, a bedroom (with 140 x 200 bed, possibility of renting sheets) and a bathroom with shower (possibility of renting towels), separate WC and small cupboard for cleaning products provided and washing machine.

• Bicycles available, hiking trails around the cottage and further afield...
• Rates Heating included and cleaning optional.
• Arrivals on Saturdays from April 1st to September 30th.
• Short stays available from October 1st to March 31st with a minimum of 2 nights.
• Animals are not allowed in the gîte.
