Gîte Le Fruitier A haven of peace in the heart of the Vendée

Welcome to the LE FRUITIER gîte in THORIGNY, located in the heart of the Vendée, 15 minutes from LA ROCHE-SUR-YON and halfway between PUY DU FOU, MARAIS POITEVIN, OCEAN and the islands of NOIRMOUTIER and RÉ.

The cottage is open all year round.

This apartment was created in a barn built in the Vendée style, where its original character has been preserved (wooden beams and exposed stone). It measures 48 m² and can accommodate 2 people.

You will have access to private parking, a private terrace ( garden furniture and barbecue ) and a 350 m2 garden. The owners have created a herb garden and, depending on the season, you can enjoy vegetables from their garden or fruit from their fruit trees.

The cottage has a kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (fridge/freezer, combination cooker with hob and oven + dishwasher, microwave... table linen provided), a living room with dining area and office area , free secure WIFI, a small cozy lounge in the mezzanine with television and books, a bedroom (with a 140 x 200 bed, possibility of renting sheets) and a bathroom with shower (possibility of renting towels), separate WC and small cupboard for provided cleaning products and washing machine.

• Bicycles available, hiking trails around the cottage and further afield...
• Prices include heating and cleaning is optional.
• Arrivals on Saturdays from April 1st to September 30th.
• Short stays are possible from October 1st to March 31st with a minimum of 2 nights.
• Pets are not allowed in the cottage.
