  Avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed. We had booked a campsite online with email confirmation and online deposit payment for a Saturday arrival between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We arrived at 4:00 PM as indicated, but there was no one at reception. So we called the managers' cell phone number posted on the reception door, but when they didn't answer, we left a message letting them know we were arriving and that we were waiting for them to come and let us in (because the campsite entrance is secured by an automatic barrier with an access card only, which we, of course, didn't have). Having never received a call back from them and therefore no access to our pitch, and having no other accommodation options at the last minute, we had no choice but to sleep in our vehicle. This type of practice is scandalous and amounts to a very serious scam. I therefore strongly advise against this campsite.

  Mother/daughter tent stay for 2 days Plus points: - Interesting range of activities. The entertainers are great. - Affordable snack prices, wide variety of food choices. - Good general cleanliness of the campsite (paths, restrooms). - Very pleasant and well-designed water park. - We feel, and our children feel, safe. - Child-friendly games. - Close to shops. Points for improvement: - The pool is definitely not at 28°C, and the showers are hardly any better. - Snack bar closed at the aquatic area - Restrooms without toilet paper or hand soap (bottles present but not restocked) - Noise pollution, late at night (human disturbance, whirring of a machine until midnight) and early in the morning (traffic bypass from 7 a.m.) Snack bar a bit long (2 hours for 2 dishes/desserts, there were 6 of us in the restaurant) - Poor lighting when returning from evening entertainment - Staff: Average welcome and long wait to return badges
