Very disappointed. The welcome and service were terrible. The two young men running the treetop adventure course spent their time talking about their sex lives while we were with children. They had their headphones on and were condescending. After we paid €3 each for our gloves, they told us it wasn't necessary, that they would have given them to us for free, but refused to refund us, saying it was "bad luck." In short, it ruined the experience and made us not want to come back.
