  Disappointed with the service. First of all, we weren't expected in the morning!! A phone call was made to make sure we had booked correctly. The reservation stated that we had scooters with batteries in the backpacks, which must be much more efficient for a 4-hour service, we assume!! But we were given scooters with batteries installed on the scooter. Seeing the battery charge decrease quite quickly or completely empty at times on the way back, we shortened our trip and rode at 10 km/h on the way back. Two scooters had connector faults that disrupted the battery charge. We think we rode for 2 hours to 2 hours 15 minutes maximum. And we almost felt like we didn't know how to use the scooter or read the battery charge. We had a great time with our kids, saw some beautiful places, and tasted oysters in a very welcoming restaurant, but we're disappointed we couldn't enjoy it longer. The service for two people was €116, including the oyster tasting. There were four of us, so I think we could have been treated with a little more attention. And I forgot, we were advised to put our cell phone on the scooter for GPS by installing a phone holder on the handlebars, but I strongly advise against it; my daughter no longer had a camera that worked on her cell phone in the evening. Unsoldered tablecloth. Great!

  Jenny and her husband loved the walk and the scenery, and appreciated the attention paid to ensuring the activity ran smoothly. They were completely satisfied with the photo stops at the main sites along the route. Congratulations and thank you, Anthony, for this "nature" walk.

  Thank you for all your advice and your responsiveness when purchasing an electric bike: test before purchase to confirm the choice, numerous explanations for handling, friendliness, quick assembly..... Given the very positive comments that I had read previously on Libert-e-trott, I have no doubt that the after-sales service will be up to scratch, it's great
