  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience with Yeu Continent on June 16, 2026, during our return trip from Île d'Yeu. After missing our 3:30 pm crossing, we went to the ticket office to find a solution for getting back with our one-year-old daughter. Instead of being greeted with understanding and professionalism, we were confronted by a particularly aggressive, dismissive agent who was unwilling to help us. Yet, the telephone customer service had instructed us to contact the boarding agent to check if there were any seats available on the next crossing. When we tried to follow this instruction, we were wrongly accused of attempting to commit fraud. A completely unjustified and very upsetting accusation. The most shocking aspect was the attitude shown towards our one-year-old daughter. While innocently playing with a plastic poster within reach, it was suddenly snatched from her hands, causing a scratch. Seeing an adult act this way towards a baby deeply shocked us as parents. What's most incomprehensible is that it eventually became clear that a solution existed regarding our ticket. Despite this, we received no help, no empathy, and no willingness to find a solution. We had come to spend a wonderful family day on Île d'Yeu. Unfortunately, this day ended with a humiliating scene and a level of service unworthy of what one would expect from a public transportation company. The employee in question can easily be identified by management thanks to the video recordings from June 16, 2026, between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the ticket office. She was a tall woman with short hair. I now expect an explanation and an apology from the company regarding the treatment my family has received.
