For a more complete immersion in the medieval era, the castle offers activities for children, starting with the Easter Egg Hunt in April!
During the spring holidays, you will have the opportunity to try a treasure hunt, follow tours, activities and even attend demonstrations of birds of prey in free flight !
You will also find new activities for children during the Medieval Festival on Pentecost Sunday and during the European Archaeology Days in June.
In the summer, guided tours will immerse you in the past ! Four jousting and falconry shows are staged every day! You'll even have the opportunity to discover braid weaving in the Middle Ages, dress up in period costumes, try your hand at crossbow shooting, and even experiment with the art of writing : there's something for everyone and all ages !
Finally, in autumn, come and enjoy the activities offered during the European Heritage Days in September and a brand new programme for the autumn holidays!
