L'esprit d'ici Producers' restaurant in La Tardière

A traditional restaurant with 100% local produce, next to the Châtaigneraie, in the warm setting of a renovated old barn. We offer a unique concept in Vendée: bringing together the products of 40 producers in a restaurant and its store offering exclusively local products, most of which are organic.

Created and managed by the producers themselves, the restaurant offers you seasonal, high-quality local farm produce, most of which is organic. Our chef works directly with producers from Vendée and Deux-Sèvres and updates his menu every day based on arrivals and the seasons.

We offer a daily lunch menu on weekdays for €20 (appetizer, main course, dessert) and at least one beef or pork dish, as well as one vegetarian dish, for each course. We also serve our delicious beef and pork burgers with homemade fries. You can also try our generous pork and beef ribs to share.
We are open for lunch from Monday to Friday and Friday evenings.

We also offer privatization of the restaurant for your events of 15 to 25 people with catering service included.

Our establishment is recognized as a “ Quality Militant Artisan ” by the Culinary College of France.

The restaurant is located in the heart of the Vendée countryside between La Chataigneraie and Cheffois, in a barn carefully restored by local craftsmen.
