  We noted two positive points from our evening: the service and the cocktails. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience at Rabelais was very disappointing. The starters were average; the avocado was too sour to eat, probably made well in advance and drizzled with lemon to prevent it from browning. The tuna ceviche was just okay. The main courses: the lamb shank was delicious, but the mogettes were undercooked and therefore inedible. The meat platter wasn't worth €25 because it was borderline ridiculous in terms of quantity and the salt-crusted potato was undercooked. The sole was overcooked, but good in terms of flavor, the side dish was average, and the spring onion was undercooked. The red mullet was good, but the vegetable tian was very average, and the eggplant was undercooked and therefore inedible. The dishes took 40 minutes to arrive. We understand that there was a setback in the kitchen and that these poor conditions were exceptional. The servers did what they could, thank them. The overall meal was absolutely not worth the price indicated. We received a small discount of €30 to compensate, on a bill for 9 of €500, and we realized upon returning that a €23 menu had been billed at €33. We do not recommend this restaurant.

  Some vegetables not cooked enough but a good set The young people at the service are very good
