  Excellent meal and excellent service for Mother's Day on May 31, 2026, in a beautiful setting with a lovely terrace overlooking the mouth of the Lay River. Highly recommended. Jean

  We wanted to have lunch at this restaurant by the water. Before going in, we asked if dogs were allowed. A very pleasant person told us that they were. Unfortunately, the manager, leaning on the bar, interrupted, repeating sharply several times, "On a leash." The tone she used made me very uncomfortable, and I felt attacked. It's a shame, because we were hungry, and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy at that time. A warm welcome is an integral part of the customer experience, and under these circumstances, I didn't want to spend my money there. A friendly welcome costs nothing and often leaves a much better impression than what we experienced that day. Thank you to the waitress for being pleasant nonetheless.
