  Prepayment debited on Saturday, full payment for the room on Sunday... €1050 for the room!!! The prepayment was supposed to be refunded within 48 hours. I called on Tuesday and was told the prepayment would be refunded within 10 days!!! First time I've ever seen a prepayment debited.... Avoid at all costs

  We were very pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. The service was exceptionally friendly, with bowls and treats for the dogs. Great. However, the non-functioning air conditioning, and the fact that the hotel, instead of acknowledging it wasn't working, insisted everything was fine, spoiled the whole picture. Let's be honest, if it's 22 degrees Celsius outside at night and the room fan maintains 24-25 degrees Celsius, the air conditioning isn't working. The fact that portable cooling fans are available confirms that everyone knows the air conditioning isn't working but is pretending everything is fine. This is unacceptable in a four-star hotel.
