Le Bien Heureux Le Bien Heureux, an authentic brasserie in Saint-Jean-de-Monts!

This brasserie with its elegant decor combines old and new, illustrated by a green ceiling, gives a warm atmosphere of a Parisian brasserie. It has become in a few months an essential address. A success led by Paul Joubert, a young passionate and epicurean restaurateur, whose desire is to offer you to experience gourmet and very happy moments for his first creation. The brasserie LE BIEN HEUREUX was entirely homemade, from the plans to the completion of the work, including the interior decoration, the kitchen and the plate, nothing escaped him. To succeed in his adventure, Paul works in close collaboration with these local producers, he concocts a menu that varies according to seasonal products from local producers.

As Paul says so well: “Here, we love good products, local producers, flavors that change with the seasons.”

We love that they feature the Fromentine oysters delivered every morning as starters, or the bone marrow straight from the local butcher, or the famous fried smelt. As for meat, we love savoring the beer-roasted shank cooked three times, or the fillet of beef cooked on a stone and the authentic artisanal local andouillette. As for seafood, we offer market fish, which varies depending on the arrival of the auction. We also love the grilled sardines from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Note that our fries are homemade, like everything here, from potatoes from the North, definitely the best for this exercise ! And for dessert, who doesn't succumb to our famous French toast brioche and its praline chantilly ?
