This success is driven by Paul Joubert, a young , passionate, and epicurean restaurateur whose aim is to offer you delightful and enjoyable moments in his first venture. Brasserie Le Bien Heureux was entirely homemade ; from the initial plans and interior design to the final touches on the dishes, everything was carefully considered. To ensure the success of his project, Paul works closely with local producers, creating a menu that changes according to the seasonal produce sourced from the region.

As Paul so aptly puts it: "Here, we love good products, local producers, and flavors that change with the seasons."

We love that they feature, as starters, the oysters from Fromentine delivered every morning, or the bone marrow straight from the local butcher, or even the famous fried smelt. For meat dishes, we adore the beer-roasted ham hock cooked three ways, or the beef fillet cooked on a stone, and the authentic, artisanal country-style andouillette sausage. From the sea, we offer the market's fresh fish, which varies depending on what's available at the fish market. We also have a weakness for the grilled sardines from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Note that our fries are homemade, like everything here, using potatoes from the North, undeniably the best for this purpose ! And for dessert, who can resist our famous French toast with praline whipped cream ?
