Veillon Beach in Talmon-Saint-Hilaire

Veillon Beach resembles a small, peaceful cove in the forest, a little corner of paradise that you would like to keep secret, nestled between the dunes and marshes. The main beach, accessible from the parking lot, connects to the forest via the customs officers' path, offering a splendid view of a secluded saltwater pool, far from the hustle and bustle of the seaside. Take a relaxing break and enjoy a picnic in the open air on the magnificent Veillon Beach in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire.

Passage du Gois

The passage of Gois is a path which connects the island of Noirmoutier to Fromentine. The particularity of this path is that it is submersible. The tourist office will allow you to climb to the top of the tower, between April and October. From this former watchtower, you will have a remarkable 360° view of the medieval town of Vouvant and the surrounding area.

Mervent Forest

The Forest of Mervent is one of the largest forest estates in the Vendée. It is a site very popular with families because you can practice all kinds of activities there: hiking, cycling, horseback riding...
