La Ferme du Bignon – A family farm in the heart of Vendée
Located in the heart of the Vendée region, La Ferme du Bignon is a family farm that grows much more than vegetables: it cultivates a local, committed and generous way of life. Anchored in the Vendée countryside for several generations, the farm promotes sustainable and responsible peasant agriculture, offering quality farm products , sold locally.
On site, visitors discover a wonderful variety of local products: seasonal vegetables grown in open fields , beef and pork from the farm, farm dairy products (butter, milk, cream), artisanal charcuterie, and even free-picking strawberries between May and June.
The farm shop, open from Thursday to Saturday all year round, welcomes individuals, restaurateurs, works councils and communities, all in search of fresh, tasty and local products.
But La Ferme du Bignon is also a place for life and meetings. Activities , educational visits, themed markets and soon a summer guinguette bring the farm to life throughout the year, strengthening the link between producers and consumers.
