These tours take place mainly during the summer and school holidays, except for February and Christmas, which are very busy periods for artisans.

The tour takes you to the heart of their workshops, where you will discover the creation of their delicacies, from confectionery to packaging. You will witness the making of their nougats, their confectionery, their biscuits and even their fruit pastes before your eyes, while the artisans explain each stage of production.
