The Les Océanes tourist Residence is expanding its offering for groups with the opening, from January 2027, of a brand new reception room in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Designed to accommodate up to 80 people, this space blends modern amenities with the warmth of exposed stone, creating a welcoming atmosphere that offers a refreshing change from standardized seminar rooms. A fully equipped kitchen, integrated sound system, TV, flip chart, and video projector : everything is provided to host a professional or private event without the need to rent additional equipment.

A multi-purpose space blending stone and modernity

A large refrigerator, cooktop, oven, and dishwasher allow for both catered buffets and on-site meal preparation. Tables, chairs, and tableware are provided, as are the audiovisual equipment necessary for business meetings or presentations. This setup makes it an ideal venue for residential seminars, study days, association meetings, or workshops, while also offering a warm and inviting atmosphere for family gatherings, birthdays, or small receptions.

The ideal setting for your seaside events

Another major advantage: among its 14 accommodations, the residence offers 70 beds on-site, including a large, renovated cottage that can sleep up to 14 people, with two spacious adjoining living areas. This makes it ideal for extending a residential seminar or family gathering with an overnight stay, just a few minutes' walk from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.

The residence, certified by the Tourism and Disability label for all four types of disability, allows for the organization of events that are truly accessible to all participants. For groups with disabilities, eight adapted accommodations and easy access to the swimming pool naturally complement the reception facilities.
