Three-stage back massage (45 minutes):

This massage takes place in three phases:

1. Relaxing phase on blanket: Initial relaxation on a soft blanket to relax the back muscles.

3. Oshiboris phase: Use of hot towels to soothe and gently complete the treatment.

This massage includes access to the private spa with sauna, hammam, and herbal tea room, but without access to the balneotherapy area. Total duration 1h30.

Head massage (35 minutes):

This head massage focuses on the scalp and neck to release tension and promote deep relaxation. Access to the private spa with sauna, hammam and herbal tea room is included, without access to the balneotherapy. Total duration 1h30.

Head massage (1h15):

A longer version of the cranial massage (scalp, neck, trapezius and face) for deeper relaxation. This treatment only includes access to the shower.
