Between April 1 and September 30, Damien, the region's only professional cycling guide, takes you along the white paths, canals and plots of land that make up this space between land and sea.

Labeled Regional Natural Park and Grand Site de France, you will have 1h30 of walking and explanations on the history and heritage of this green setting. In a group of 4 to 19 people , get on a bike in the morning or in the afternoon depending on the time slot you want on Monday, Thursday and Sunday. With its 10 km of passable trails for all levels, this discovery walk is open to all children, thanks to 20", 24" bikes and babyvan cart type trailers for under 6s.
