It was impossible to order by phone; no one answered, so we ended up arriving at 8:30 p.m. to place a takeout order. Once there, we realized that despite the phone ringing, the waitress wasn't picking up. We waited over 45 minutes for just two menus, without being warned about the wait time. There's serious doubt about hygiene; the waitress makes her salads without washing her hands first and wanders between the dining room and the kitchen in her jogging pants... Once we arrived, what a disappointment when we opened the packaging: incomplete burgers (lack of ingredients), charred and decomposed steaks, burnt burger buns, and dry herb stew. For the price and the ad for a burger with a fresh steak, this is unacceptable; even a McDonald's next door would be haute cuisine... In short, avoid this place...

Ordered tonight on Uber Eats. Two bags of fries were missing, and the only ones we received were half-filled with completely burnt deep-fried fries. The salmon bagel with avocado: bread poorly thawed and the avocado was so crunchy it wasn't ripe... To sum up: for over 30 euros, I got a stale sandwich, two missing bags of fries, and a bag of fries full of oil and overcooked.
