Gîte de la Dune 160m² gîte in L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer with heated swimming pool and garden!

The Dune gîte is an old single-story house of 160m2 , completely renovated, located in the heart of Aiguillon sur Mer which can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

The cottage is located 100 m from the lake and its beach area and very close to amenities (bakery, pharmacy, market, restaurants, shops, etc.)

The main part consists of:

From the day area:

• A pleasant living space with a 30m2 living room where you will find: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, XXL fridge, etc.)
• A dining room with a table for 12 people.
• A living room with TV and Wi-Fi

From the sleeping area:

Composed of 2 bathrooms equipped with shower, sink, towel dryer, and hair dryer; 2 toilets, and 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, and 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds)

The Annex (Adjoining building separated from the main part by the terrace) consists of:

2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds and TV, and a bathroom with double sink shower and WC.

The exterior:

• There are two terraces, one of which is wooden, surrounding the entire pool area.
• Garden furniture for 12 people for dining. Heated swimming pool, accessible from May to September.
• Deck chairs are available for relaxation. Private pétanque court in the garden.
• Free access gas barbecue.

PLEASE NOTE :

A laundry area is also available on site. Sheets and towels are provided for the number of people registered at the cottage. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of the stay.

Travel cots and high chairs are available upon request. All rooms are equipped with wardrobe space, shelves, and/or chests of drawers.

Pets are not allowed.

The interior of the house is NON-SMOKING

Evenings, parties or bachelor parties are not permitted under penalty of cancellation of stay without compensation.
