Gîte de la Dune 160m² holiday cottage in L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer with heated swimming pool and garden!

The Dune cottage is a fully renovated 160m2 single-storey old house located in the heart of Aiguillon sur Mer which can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

The cottage is located 100m from the lake and its beach area and very close to amenities (bakery, pharmacy, market, restaurants, shops…)

The main part consists of:

From the daytime area:

• A pleasant living space with a 30m2 living room which includes: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, XXL fridge...)
• A dining room with a table for 12 people.
• A living room with TV and Wi-Fi

From the sleeping area:

Comprising 2 bathrooms equipped with shower, sink, towel warmer, and hairdryer; 2 toilets, and 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a 160cm bed, and 1 bedroom with two 90cm beds)

The Annex (an adjoining building separated from the main part by the terrace) consists of:

Two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds and a TV, and a bathroom with a double vanity shower and toilet.

The exterior:

• There are two terraces, one of which is made of wood and surrounds the entire pool area.
• Garden furniture for 12 people for dining. Heated swimming pool accessible from May to September.
• Deck chairs are available for relaxation. There is a private pétanque court within the garden.
• Gas griddle available for public use.

PLEASE NOTE :

A laundry area is also available on site. Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of people registered at the gîte. Beds are not made up.

End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and included in the price of the stay.

A travel cot and high chair are available on request. All rooms are equipped with wardrobe space, shelves and/or chests of drawers.

Animals are not allowed.

The inside of the house is NON-SMOKING

Parties, gatherings or stag/hen parties are not allowed under penalty of cancellation of stay without compensation.
