  I dropped off a package on November 13th where, unintentionally, the label was invalid and it should not have been sent. The young woman who took my package didn't even take the time to check on her device if the label was valid. She just scanned it and put it in the box, without looking at her device.

  Very pleasant guided tour followed by a tasting. A must-see for coffee (and tea) lovers. The roaster is welcoming and explains his work with passion. A must-do.

  Very disappointing service! We're local and were expecting some explanation about the roastery, but nothing. To start a conversation, we asked if they had Colombian and Mexican coffee for its fruitiness. We asked to smell them, and they told us the coffee had no aroma at all! We were so stunned by this response because we can usually tell from the smell of the beans whether we'll like the coffee or not. Feeling very uncomfortable, and to top it all off, we ordered 250g of each, asking twice for the price per kilo. We should have trusted our instincts. The result: BOTH COFFEES HAD NO SMELL IN THEIR PACKAGES AND REVEALED A FOUL TASTE OF GREEN COFFEE AND CARDBOARD. At €33 per kilo, we're very disappointed and won't be going back.
