      For us… we have been in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire for 6 years, originally from Auvergne. We work with Parthenaise and Limousin beef, which has character and is very tasty.

      Our product phrase… prime rib. Also savor our homemade salads, boudine (winter speciality), homemade sausages all year round, old-fashioned and artisanal homemade pâtés… not to mention the triple house and charcuterie platters for your receptions.

      In a warm atmosphere, we remain at your disposal to satisfy you.

    Perfect meat quality. Very accessible price. Staff involved, attentive but above all passionate. Nowadays, rare are the merchants who know their job, offer quality, while taking into account people's budgets. I highly recommend for having been there 3 times in 6 days while I am 20 kilometers away and especially on vacation. Top from Top!

    While on vacation, I discovered this butcher's shop, I am very surprised by the quality of the meat, the homemade preparations!! The staff is very pleasant, the boss made me discover the homemade honey goat veal chipo, after cooking the chipo remains just as big 😍😍 a pure delight!! I recommend this butcher shop 200%!!
