Le P'tit Sablais Oysters Bar / Seafood Tasting in Les Sables-d'Olonne

It is a unique establishment in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Initially an oyster bar, Le P'tit Sablais has evolved to offer an aperitif-kitchen concept. In the heart of the central halls market, two or fifteen, it is now possible to settle down to enjoy all the conviviality of the place around a drink and plates to share.

Open from 7 a.m. for morning coffee, Le P'tit Sablais offers the chef's specialties prepared directly behind the counter. The market is his pantry. Every day, he gives pride of place to products from neighboring banks on his plates to share: oysters of course, stars of the market, burrata which he accompanies with crushed black olives , pesto and homemade truffle oil, but also meats, fish, cheeses and seasonal vegetables which he prepares to make delicious tasting dishes for the aperitif.
