  We had a table for 12 people for a friend's birthday. The food was good, but the service was lacking that evening. There were 12 of us, so it was inevitably a bit noisy, but we remained polite and respectful nonetheless. We paid almost €100 per person, and we were politely escorted to the exit. Twice we were told the restaurant was closing, and the third time, we were given the bill in a completely unprofessional manner. It was only 11 pm. There was no smile, not even a complimentary drink like in many other establishments in Les Sables when it came time to pay. In short, a restaurant without an owner, letting the employees do as they please. The food is great, but the service is lacking. It's a shame because we're locals and we love this place. We'll be back, hoping that some adjustments will be made 🤷‍♂️ My review was simply intended to share an honest feeling after this evening, highlighting the quality of the food and our appreciation for your establishment. I should point out that we were on time (except for three people who were held up by work), and that we remained polite and respectful despite the festive atmosphere. We were also the only ones on the terrace. However, I am surprised by your response, particularly the indirect mention of the establishment owned by the mother of one of us, which could be perceived as inappropriate. The issue raised remains simple: the abrupt end of service, considering the overall experience. Our intention was not to cause harm, but simply to share an experience. We will return, hoping for greater consistency. Have a good evening.

  Le cadre ne fait pas tout. Ce restaurant ne propose pas de menu....les plats à l'ardoise ne sont pas renseignés...bonne cuisine mais chère. Les tissus des canapés sur la terrasse sont déchirés. Les toilettes e sont pas " nickel " Il y a mieux sans chercher bien loin.

  We received a rather unremarkable welcome. No children's menu?! My daughter didn't like her meal, so they offered to take it back in a box—a box we were supposed to take back?? Considering the establishment's reputation, I found this rather inadequate. But we complied.
