Born in 2021 as a food truck at markets and events in Vendée, the brand has now settled in the heart of the city to offer you year‑round recipes of sweet and savory donuts, crullers (crispy Canadian‑style dough, unique in France), artisanal ice creams, homemade drinks, and other local treats.

All recipes are made fresh on-site every day, from dough to glaze, with carefully selected local ingredients. Inspired by his time in Canada, Bastien, the pastry chef, reinterprets classics like chocolate, vanilla, praline, and salted butter caramel, while also creating seasonal limited‑edition flavors.
