Brasserie Opé is a craft and organic beer factory in the heart of the Vendée in the emblematic town of Les Sables-d'Olonne.
Opé beers are born from a demanding selection of organic malts and hops, combined with the mastery of traditional brewing techniques.
Pierre wishes to integrate the Opé brewery in a local economic network, by working with the various actors of the territory: co-development of a recipe with a chocolate maker from Sables d'Olonne, valorisation of the spent grain with an organic farmer near the brewery, creation of a tasting box with a local cannery...
In addition, the brewery is equipped with an efficient and automated heating system, powered by green electricity in order to reduce the environmental impact of the activity.
The brewery opens its doors to the public and to professionals, for visits and tastings, which allow friendly exchanges around this product rich in flavors.A WORD FROM THE PRODUCER
Conscious of the current environmental stakes, we have chosen to reduce our production of waste, in particular by setting up a deposit system for bottles.
