Is a kombucha micro-brewery based in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Kombucha is a healthy and natural, slightly effervescent drink produced from fermented tea.
FERMENTING & CO
First of all, it's a family story. The idea came naturally to Florian and Alexia, cousins, to brew Kombucha, kefir and other fermented products.
Florian discovered kombucha a few years ago in the United States during his studies and during various trips to Hawaii and California, he immediately adopted it. Alexia began to tame a SCOBY and experimented with recipes in her kitchen before having to abandon her crops to move to Australia. Not having wanted to let go of the business, it is in her van, on the road, that she will continue to make Kombucha.
Back in France, they wanted to share this drink more widely. It is therefore in a premises in Les Sables-d'Olonne, Alexia's birthplace, that the Fermenting & Co adventure begins.
