As for drinks, you're spoiled for choice with classic tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, but also fresh fruit smoothies, beer, wine, or cocktails like mimosas or Bloody Marys. Scrambled eggs, toast, and bacon are all brunch classics, although today's offerings include pancakes, cereals, cheese, charcuterie, cakes, and a variety of hot dishes. For dessert, there are lighter options like yogurt and compote, and more indulgent choices with pastries, viennoiseries, tarts, or cookies. Hôtel Vertime : Brunch with a panoramic view in Les Sables-d'Olonne

For those who want to get a bird's eye view, head to the port district of Les Sables-d'Olonne. Perched atop the Vertime hotel, the Ventura rooftop bar offers a unique brunch experience overlooking the horizon. In a décor inspired by the sixties and a ‘West Coast’ atmosphere, guests gather to savour the sweet life of Les Sables while enjoying breathtaking views of Port Olona and the Atlantic Ocean.

Every Sunday, the all-you-can-eat buffet (€39 per adult) showcases the generosity and freshness of the local produce.
