Les Viviers de Sion The quality of Vendée shellfish for over 100 years in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez

Since 2016, our establishment Les viviers de Sion in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez has been enriched with oyster parks located in La Guittière south of Les Sables d'Olonne; we offer oysters of size N°3, N°2 and uncalibrated. These are open -sea oysters refined in our basins. These parks allow us to satisfy our customers in the tanks in quality and quantity all year round. Les Viviers de Sion celebrated their 100th anniversary ! At the Merceron, the love of seafood has been passed down for 4 generations. Arrivals of crustaceans and shellfish from the Vendée ports, daily. Freshness, advice, choice, smile! Featured products : pink shrimp from Saint-Gilles, lobster (European, whole or with a single claw), crab, lobster, spider crab, Madagascar shrimp, Bouin clams, mussels, whelks, periwinkles... and oysters from our oyster beds. Here we favor local fishing. We can cook your shellfish on request.
