Les Viviers de Sion The quality of Vendée shellfish for over 100 years in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez

Since 2016, our establishment , Les Viviers de Sion in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, has expanded to include oyster beds located in La Guittière, south of Les Sables d'Olonne. We offer oysters in sizes No. 3, No. 2, and ungraded sizes. These are open- sea oysters, refined in our ponds. These beds allow us to satisfy our oyster farm customers with quality and quantity year-round. Les Viviers de Sion celebrated its 100th anniversary ! At Les Merceron, the love of seafood has been passed down for four generations. We receive daily deliveries of crustaceans and shellfish from the ports of the Vendée region. Freshness, advice, choice, and a smile! Featured products : pink prawns from Saint-Gilles, lobster (European, whole or with a single claw), crab, spiny lobster, spider crab, Madagascar prawns, clams from Bouin, mussels, whelks, periwinkles… and oysters from our oyster beds. We prioritize local fishing. We can cook your shellfish upon request.
