Between March and September, it's time to fill up on taste emotions with Inspector Cagette. As every year, Clément goes in search of the best cheeses to offer you, selected from 3 refiners, a goat producer and 2 cooperative dairies.

Several times a week, this enthusiast goes to his own market to stock his stall with regional and atypical products, such as sheep cheese with truffles. His knowledge of cheeses, his meticulous selection and his warm welcome make Inspector Cagette a place to shop during the season.

Fresh fruit and vegetables are also sold at 91 boulevard des Vendéens in La Tranche-Sur-Mer every day of the week, where Clément and his team give pride of place to Vendée and Loire-Atlantique.
