Launched in 2021 as a food truck at markets and events in the Vendée, their pastry chef Bastien brings you his donuts and crullers (crispy dough unique in France). Made daily, the chef works with authentic recipes learned during an expatriation to Canada. Everything is homemade, from the dough to the topping, using fresh, local ingredients. 

In the store, you'll find classic flavors like chocolate, vanilla, praline and salted butter caramel. The chef makes it a point of honor to offer you seasonal flavors with seasonal fruits and ingredients. Beware, these are limited editions ! 

You'll also find unique products like pudding and cinnamon rolls, made from leftover doughnuts that our Anglo-Saxon friends love! This innovation avoids food waste. Available while stocks last. 

Ice creams to satisfy your craving for freshness

Discover artisanal ice creams in traditional flavors like vanilla and lemon, and more original ones like carrot, orange and ginger. The chef has carefully chosen ice creams designed by a master artisan ice-cream maker, who rigorously selects his raw materials and constantly innovates in his tastes.

A drink to accompany your tasting experience

Hot and cold drinks are also available. Out of love for coffee, our chef prepares your drinks to take away with coffee beans. You'll also find iced tea, lemonade and homemade hot chocolate (prepared according to the season).
